Three Rivers Community Development District
The Three Rivers Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on January 17, 2019 by the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 2018-47 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Three Rivers CDD is located entirely within the boundaries of Nassau County, Florida and covers approximately 1,546 acres of land. The real property within the boundaries of the District is bounded by State Toad 200 to the north, Nassau River to the south and Boggy Creek to the west.

The Three Rivers Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on January 17, 2019 by the Board of County Commissioners of Nassau County, Ordinance No. 2018-47. The Board consents to special powers set forth in Section 190.012(1)(a)-(h), (2)(a), (c), (d) and (f), Florida Statutes.
